Setting the concrete pipes into position.

This is a photo of the concrete pipes being put into position for our fire bunker at Jarrahdale. This would have been early May, 2009. The pipes were supplied by Humes of Perth, WA. It cost $1,500 to have them delivered. Gary, the driver was very helpful and went to enormous trouble to get the pipes into exactly the correct spot. I was very grateful for his help. The West Australian published a photo and article on May 12th, 2009. Unfortunately this article incorrectly stated that "Colin Abbott has paid $15,000 for two pipes". The newspaper issued a correction notice the next day.
